With the objective to share their integrated experience in Bhakti, Karma, Raja, Mantra and Jnana Yoga systems, and the experience of working in the Corporate World, Authentic YOGA has fused the time tested Yogic principles and modern Management concepts, in their offerings. This authentic experience practically allows one to excel and sail unscathed through the vagaries of modern life. The accreditation with YOGA ALLIANCE INTERNATIONAL allows us to offer 200 and 500 hours Yoga Teacher Training Courses in Residential, Weekend and Day Boarding modes.
